Perhaps ther presenation could be better. Can you put a frame around your plans so the design doesn't bleed in to the background? Your front cover and contents pages are in the wrong ratio as well. They are too wide. It would also be nice to see many more designs. Maybe rough sketches or more electronic ones but you need to explore different ideas. This will give you more to talk about and lead to a stronger design.
